Those looking for more Skaven-slaying action in Warhammer: End Times – Vermintide will be happy to know that the game is getting a brand new DLC early next month. Developer Fatshark announced earlier today that the new DLC goes by the name of Stormdorf and will release on May 4th. Just as its name suggests, the new content pack will feature two rainy maps, as well as a few other additions.
One of the new maps is known as ‘Reaching Out’ and will take place in Stormdorf itself while ‘The Courier’ is set just outside the titular town. Aside from that, Warhammer: End Times – Vermintide players can also look forward to five new achievements and a new two-handed weapon for Markus Kruber, the Executioner’s Sword. It’s also worth noting that the new sword only drops on maps featured in the Stormdorf DLC. And that’s pretty much it. Not a whole lot of new content compared to some of the other Vermintide DLCs, but it should be enough to keep you going until Fatshark announces the next content pack.
Pricing for Vermintide’s latest DLC hasn’t been listed yet as of this writing but with May 4th just around the corner, we’re likely to learn all about it later this week.
