PC Gamers waiting on a price drop for the new Mass Effect Andromeda before buying have a small window of time to pick it up for $34.99. That’s its lowest price to date by $5 and $25 off the usual $60 at PC gaming retailer GMG. While the franchise is now on a hiatus of sort due to this latest installment falling on the negative side of things in terms of reception, this is still a big franchise with many gamers interested – just simply not at the original $60 list price.
The big discount is part of GMG’s “Birthday Sale” which features two new AAA flash sale titles each day for a week. Today’s batch includes the discount on Andromeda plus a price cut on Grand Theft Auto V the Megalodon Shark Card bundle for $38.07.
Update 5/11: Mass Effect Andromeda deal still valid past its expiration date, but the GTA V offer has finished.
- Mass Effect Andromeda (Origin) — $34.99 (list $60)
Grand Theft Auto V Megalodon Bundle — $38.07 (list $136)

In the case of Grand Theft Auto V Megalodon Bundle it’s also hitting a new low by about $6. This GTA V bundle features the base game, which is selling for $60 at almost all retailers at the moment, plus its most expensive Megalodon Shark Card for Grand Theft Auto Online all for $38.07. The Megalodon Shark Card itself is a $100 purchase and worth $8,000,00 in in-game currency.
The discounts at GMG require you to login or create an account. This is how one gets the “VIP” access deals at GMG, a process that’s not much more complicated than what you are required to do at most retailers anyway. In the case of GTA V, you’ll also need to apply voucher code 7YEARS at checkout. This code is exclusive to the GTA V Megalodon bundle.
